As you're well aware, we've been studying bugs. Last Wednesday afternoon (9/7), after observing our Monarch chrysalis we noticed that they had become dark and transparent. Many of the students made predictions about when they would hatch and wrote them down. We then left for dismissal. After fraternizing with parents and staff, I went back to our classroom and low and behold...Idalee had correctly predicted the date.
On Thursday, Halle joined us for our butterfly release. Enjoy!
