I hope you're still enjoying these long hot summer days. There are still a number of them left before school officially begins.
I wanted to update you on a couple of things. First off- the August 16th Play Date has been canceled due to low numbers. Not to worry. We'll be seeing each other soon and I've a feeling that many of you are getting together outside of school.
Secondly, watch the mail for a letter I'll be sending to both parents and children. My goal is to get them in the mail by the 19th. The children's portion of the letter will include a fun activity that involves local landmarks. For parents, I'll be including volunteer sign-up options, e-mail address updates, and dates to post on the 'fridge.
